Do you Think Vegan is a Good Option for Fighting Fibromyalgia?

Many studies were performed to answer this question as to whether a vegan diet is efficient for fibromyalgia patients. Most trials, however, have brought raw vegan diets to light. Let’s make some short distinctions in order to prevent confusion before moving forward.

The vegetarian diet is a herbs diet, but the use of animal products, such as milk, eggs and cheese, excludes meat consumption. Vegan diets are however entirely plant based and excluded from them all types of animals and animal products. Raw vegan diet resembles vegan diet; only whole, fresh and uncooked food.

So, what’s that issue answered? Helping to treat fibromyalgia is a vegan diet? The science community study demonstrates that, while they are always reluctant to say the obvious, the response is definitive. A raw vegan research showed considerable flexibility,6-minute walk, and shoulder-pain improvements. Still, after four months, patients showed a 46% improvement. The research respondents ate grain goods, carrot juice, raw fruit, nuts, salads, etc. Similar to raw vegan dietary studies, the patient’s joint stiffness, pain, weight, quality of sleep and general health have been significantly improved.

It is an open secret that commercial agriculture, which controls local foods, sprinkles a variety of chemicals over plants that are solely genetically altered. These chemicals have frightening consequences on the employees who use them. These symptoms range from dizziness and nausea to cancer, genetic changes and risks. Imagine how much the impacts of these chemicals would impact you for some time if you were fibromyalgia and were susceptible to pain, chemicals and drugs. So at least try to upgrade to organic and non-GMO products as much as possible if you cannot, or do not, want to prevent meat. You may notice a considerable improvement of your symptoms.

Figure out what food is efficient for your body and think about it. Keep your progress journal for some months when you try something. This will assist you to know what works for you.
