I am going tell you my own 5 ways food strategy of daily plan, In which I am going to tell you how you could lose weight by eating single food at a time and serve 5 different meals throughout the day.
- Breakfast Morning

- Dinner Night
1- Breakfast Morning.
Here I am going to tell you that how I make my own breakfast morning. I just serve 3 snacks of bread without any thing else with them. I just pick 3 breads and serve it by make them little baked but without using any other ingredient. This is my routine in days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on the other days I will serve 1 half boiled egg on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Sunday is a day I will use them a cheap day and eat boiled fish or meat in breakfast.
2- Half Lunch Deal
Here I am going to tell you that how I make my own Half Lunch Deal. I just serve 1 Glass of Pure juice of Milky Apple without anything else with them. I just pick Apple Juice and serve it by pure fresh but without using any other ingredient. This is my routine in days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on the other days I will serve 1 Glass of Banana Milky juice on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Sunday is a day I will use them a cheap day and drink some other chilled juices like orange, mango, strawberry or chocolate juice in Half Lunch Deal.
3- Lunch Deal.
Here I am going to tell you that how I make my own Lunch Deal. I just serve Boiled rice of without anything else with them. I just pick Boiled rice and serve it without using any other ingredient. This is my routine in days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on the other days I will serve Fried rice Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Sunday is a day I will use them a cheap day and eat different types of in Lunch Deal.
4- Evening Tasting.
Here I am going to tell you that how I make my own Evening tasting deal. I just serve 2 Bananas of without anything else with them. I just pick 2 bananas and serve it without using any other ingredient. This is my routine in days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on the other days I will serve 1 Apple Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Sunday is a day I will use them a cheap day and eat different types of Fruits which I like mango, orange, pineapples and much more.
5- Dinner Night
Here I am going to tell you that how I make my own Dinner Night deal. I just eat Corn Chowder of without anything else with them. I just Corn Chowder and serve it without using any other ingredient. This is my routine in days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on the other days I will serve Taco Salad Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, The Sunday is a day I will use them a cheap day and eat different types of Honey Baked Chicken, Salisbury Steaks, Taco sand much more.
