From your wording, it sounds as though you experienced anticipatory anxiety about having a panic attack which then operates in a self-fulfilling prophecy fashion to trigger a panic attack. It sounds like a Different. Are you going to marry this person? Are you already married to such a person? Are you asking on behalf of someone? There are several issues in here, I’ll chop them into physical and mental issues just so I can tackle them separately. Fibromyalgia is a serious illness. Evidence shows that Fibromyalgia and CFS put Couples under Stress

Fibromyalgia and CFS put couples under stress. This chapter offers strategies for addressing three problems faced by couples: sexual difficulties, strained communication, and caregiver burnout. My Love/Hate Relationship With Taking a Shower

I didn’t always hate taking a shower. Before I had Fibromyalgia I probably even loved it. It has always been the thing that wakes me up in the morning and makes me feel good. However, now there is more of a love/hate feeling towards the shower. If you have Fibromyalgia or any other chronic pain condition, you probably already know what I’m going to say.  If you don’t have a chronic condition then you are…

Can I say anything that would be helpful to anyone else,…

The Emotional And Physical Toll Of Raising A Child With Mental Illness

Staring down at my beautiful new son I am filled with love, so much love. I practically imagine his whole life in front of me.
